Simon Collyer-Bristow Simon Collyer-Bristow began his City career as a gilt trader at SG Warburg in 1981, before moving to Kleinwort Benson as a senior bond trader in 1991. Following two years as a proprietary bond trader with a private Spanish bank in Madrid, he entered the financial services executive search arena in 1996 at Sheffield Haworth. There he rose to Head of Global Markets and was a main board director. Simon joined CCG in 2003. He has a deep understanding and knowledge of the specialist fixed income and derivatives sectors and has completed senior searches for leading City-based and European institutions. His work is focused on the debt capital markets arena and on secondary trading, distribution and advisory roles in the UK and internationally.
Rebecca Rose Rebecca Rose read joint honours in French and German at Bristol University. On leaving university in 1996, she worked as a researcher across all financial services products, including equities, fund management, fixed income, derivatives and corporate finance. Rebecca joined CCG in 2003 and has covered a range of different sectors on a variety of assignments, including CEOs and non-executive directors. She now leads the Energy Practice, handling senior executive assignments for a number of FTSE 100 companies, including EVP and MD appointments internationally.
Gill Mills Gill Mills is a graduate of Warwick University where she read joint honours French and History, before joining Arcadia (Burton Group) on their Graduate Fast-Track programme. Her career has focused primarily on the consumer sector and spans the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia. Having reached board level as a Buying Director with Galeries Lafayette, she accepted a directorship with a leading retail search consultancy and has spent 12 years handling senior executive search assignments for global retail/fmcg companies. She has specific expertise with luxury brands but has significantly broadened her scope to incorporate new media, travel & leisure, and food retailing.
Susan Westcott Susan Westcott is a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists and lectured in French, German and Business Studies before entering search in 1999. She has a genuine appreciation of the wider cultural context, and extensive experience working cross industry internationally. At CCG Susan focuses on the retail and consumer markets and is a member of the board and not for profit/private sector teams, working at executive, non-executive and senior management level.
Edward Wild Edward Wild was educated at the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge. His early career was in fundraising and education, leading to his appointment as Development Director of Hampton School. Edward joined CCG in 2007 from Odgers Ray and Berndtson, where he worked on a wide range of senior executive and non-executive appointments across the not for profit and private sectors. At CCG he specialises in board and senior appointments in the not for profit/private and corporate sectors. He is a director of Township Trades and a board member of the Centre for Medieval and Renaissance Studies (CMRS), Oxford.

Phil Donbavand started his career in executive search as a researcher, after graduating in 1996. He has specialised in senior appointments within supply chain and logistics for over 10 years, initially as Head of the Supply Chain Practice for TMP (latterly Hudson). Phil has a dual role within the Oxinia Group, managing the Supply Chain and Logistics Practice at Purcon and on the Board and Retail/Consumer Practices at CCG, specialising in executive appointments within operations, supply chain and logistics.
Lucy Harding has extensive experience of executive search and recruitment within purchasing and supply chain. Following an early career in procurement in the manufacturing sector, Lucy, a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, is now Head of Procurement Recruitment at Purcon, and at CCG uses the knowledge and understanding gained through her commercial experience to support blue chip clients in their appointment of senior executives across a wide range of industry sectors.
Julie Harris completed a degree in Politics and Government in 1991. Since her graduation, Julie has gained 15 years’ international recruitment experience handling a variety of commercial management roles, both permanent and interim. After successfully completing her MBA in 2001, Julie went on to join Purcon as Head of Interim Recruitment and now also sits on the Board Practice at CCG, specialising in the appointment of interim and short contract senior executives.
Sylvie Van Remmen is a business communication graduate who began her career in the employment services industry, where she focused on the full recruitment cycle from candidate advisory work to client development. She joined the executive search sector in 2005 with one of the largest global recruiters in the business services industry. As a senior consultant she held responsibility for developing the interim management team. Sylvie combines her role as head of the interim IT practice at Alto Executive with her work as a CCG consultant, specialising in IT senior management assignments and management consultancy roles.
